Culture is not something to be rebuilt at the very end. It is a vital part of societal resilience, the preservation of identity, and the reconstruction of a modern democratic state.
That is why the Recovery for All (RFA) project is launching a partnership with the Ministry of Culture under a newly signed memorandum of cooperation.
The partnership will focus on strengthening strategic planning, including the update of Ukraine’s Cultural Development Strategy through 2030, as well as ensuring that cultural considerations are integrated into the planning of public investment projects.
“Culture is a fundamental pillar of both societal resilience and national recovery. The sustainable development of this sector requires not only resources, but also a clear strategic vision that supports coherent public policy and delivers long-term results,” said Tawnia Sanford Ammar, Alinea International Ltd.
