About Us

RFA helps Ukraine’s national government build better planning systems that:

• Work like those used in European Union countries;
• Connect different government departments so they work together efficiently on Ukraine’s recovery;
• Make decisions based on real data that meets the needs of citizens.

Recovery for All works with key government bodies to roll out ProjectUA, a digital planning tool created by the project that manages recovery plans.

RFA also works directly with 35 municipalities to help them:

• Figure out what their residents and businesses need most;
• Create recovery plans based on those needs;
• Start projects that help people return and rebuild their lives, like setting up new community services;
• Access funding from other sources for major rebuilding projects.

The goal is to make sure recovery efforts truly serve the people who need them most, rather than following a one-size-fits-all approach.
